Ashiatsu (back walking)- Free
a deep-tissue massage technique where the therapist uses gravity and their feet to deliver broad, consistent, and deep pressure. The therapist holds onto overhead ceiling bars while gliding their feet smoothly over the client's body. Because the feet have a larger surface area than hands or elbows, the pressure is more evenly distributed. This allows for deep tissue work that is often described as less sharp or painful than traditional deep tissue massages.
